Company owns and operates other retail brands, including Tommy Bahama, Lilly Pulitzer, Johnny Was, Southern Tide, The Beaufort Bonnet Company, and Duck Head. Each of these brands maintains its own privacy policy, which governs the collection, use, and disclosure of information in connection with the brand’s respective websites and services, and you can review each brand’s privacy policy on its website. This Privacy Policy does not address or govern the data collection, use, disclosure, or other processing practices of the individual brands.

Access, Correction, and Deletion

You have the right to (1) request to know more about and access your personal information, including in a portable format, (2) request deletion of your personal information, and (3) request correction of inaccurate personal information. To authenticate your request, you must provide, your name and an email address and respond to a confirmation email that will be sent to that address. Only you, or someone legally authorized to act on your behalf and with written permission, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal information.

You have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising any of your privacy rights.

Authorized Agents
If you live in California, you may also designate an authorized agent to submit an access, deletion, or correction request on your behalf. We may ask authorized agents to submit proof of their authority to make a request, such as a valid power of attorney or proof that they have signed permission from the consumer who is the subject of the request. Canada’s Anti Spam Law (“CASL”)

Your consent to receive CEMs is implied where we have an existing business relationship with you, or you have reached out to us and made an inquiry within a certain time frame. You may unsubscribe from receiving CEMs at any time, by clicking the unsubscribe link on CEM from us.
